Terms for Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Notice of Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled event date.

  2. Cancellations Before 14 Days: If cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the event, a full refund will be issued minus a non-refundable deposit fee of 50 percent deposit required to secure the booking.

  3. Cancellations Within 14 Days: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the full deposit. If payment has been made in full, a partial refund (minus the deposit) may be issued.

  4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted based on availability. If the photography session or event is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling within 14 days of the original event date may require a rescheduling fee of $50.

  5. No-Show Policy: In the case of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Return and Delivery Policy

  1. Deposit and Payment: All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed by the agreed-upon deadline before final images or videos are delivered.

  2. Editing and Delivery Timeline: Photos and videos will be delivered up to 14 days after the session. Clients will receive their images through a private online gallery.

  3. Final Sale of Digital Products: Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services, all image sales are final. Once images have been delivered or downloaded, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  4. Additional Image Purchases: Any additional images purchased beyond the package amount are final and non-refundable once editing has begun or files have been delivered.

Artistic Style

By booking with BoujeeBri Photography LLC, clients acknowledge that they are familiar with and accept the photographer’s artistic style, editing techniques, and creative direction as demonstrated in the portfolio and social media platforms. Photography is an artistic service, and final images will be delivered in a style consistent with the photographer’s professional judgment. Requests for refunds or re-edits based solely on personal preference regarding editing style, color tones, lighting, poses, or composition will not be honored.

Dispute Policy

  1. Quality Assurance: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the final delivery, please contact BoujeeBri Photography LLC within seven days of receiving your gallery so concerns can be reviewed and reasonable adjustments considered.

  2. Agreement to Services
    By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the services, editing style, and delivery timeline outlined in the booking agreement.

  3. Dispute Resolution
    BoujeeBri Photography LLC is committed to resolving concerns professionally. Clients agree to contact the business directly to resolve issues before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
